Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Especially large pieces, commissions, and customs, may have a longer processing time that would noted in the item description.

Currently I ship to the US and Canada. Domestic shipping is free within the US, and shipping to Canada is a flat $15. I hope to provide international shipping to all countries by 2025.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of package, assuming the item is in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

First I recommend reaching out to your local post office. If they are unable to track down your package, reach out to me and I will begin the insurance claim and will process a refund upon successful claim.
